About the Role: A well-established southeastern law firm with a strong national presence is seeking a
Transactional Attorney
to join its
Financial Services practice group . The ideal candidate will have
38 years of experience
working on
syndicated credit facilities, leveraged finance, and other complex financial transactions . This role offers the chance to work on high-value matters within a collaborative, nationally recognized legal team. A hybrid work model is available, typically requiring
3 days in-office
per week. Key Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD)
from a
Top 30 law school , with a
minimum GPA of 3.0
North Carolina Bar admission
preferred
38 years of relevant experience in a
Top 200 AM Law firm
Demonstrated expertise in
financial services transactions , particularly syndicated lending and leveraged finance
Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal communication skills
