Role Summary As an SDR at Evolve Security, you’ll be a critical contributor responsible for fueling our sales pipeline in a market defined by advanced threats, regulatory complexity, and sophisticated buyers. You’re the first point of contact with organizations seeking to transform their security capabilities. This role demands a blend of technical curiosity, consultative selling, and mastery of AI-powered sales engagement platforms You will thrive if you are adaptable, data-driven, and approach every interaction with relationship-building intent.

Technical Fluency:
Ability to learn core cybersecurity concepts relevant to client challenges ·
AI, CRM, and Outreach Mastery:
Leverage sales tech (e.g.,HubSpot, Nooks, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Chorus) and AI tools for prospect prioritization, messaging, and analytics ·
Consultative Selling:
Engage prospects with a solution-first mindset, focusing on their unique risks, needs, and regulatory environment. ·
Collaboration:
Effectively communicate and work cross-functionally with technical teams and leadership
Responsibilities · Drive new business by identifying and engaging decision-makers and influencers across a range of industries. · Execute data-driven, omnichannel campaigns—cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and video—to develop pipeline and secure qualified meetings · Lead compelling discovery calls and initial demo sessions, translating technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders · Qualify, document, and manage all prospect interactions in CRM; track key metrics and outcomes for data analysis and continuous improvement · Partner with Account Executives, Security Engineers, and Marketing to develop custom outreach, respond to RFPs, and support end-to-end deal execution. · Stay current with cybersecurity trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory drivers impacting buyer decisions · Represent Evolve Security at industry events (virtual and in-person), webinars, and through thought leadership initiatives. · Model the growth mindset needed to adapt rapidly as tools, processes, and buyer expectations change Requirements Preferred Experience & Ambition · 0–2 years in sales, marketing, or account management—technology or cybersecurity sector preferred. · Demonstrated comfort with outbound prospecting, multichannel communications, and digital self-service tools. · Proven ability to work in a hybrid or fully remote environment, managing tasks independently and as part of agile teams. · Experience with AI-powered sales enablement tools, CRM systems
(ZoomInfo,Nooks,Chorus,
HubSpot, MS Dynamics), and sales engagement platforms · High energy, curiosity, technical aptitude, and a passion for cybersecurity. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. · Eligibility to work in the United States.
