About the Role
Were seeking a motivated and goal-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding sales team. In this role, youll be on the front line of our growth strategyengaging healthcare leaders, generating qualified opportunities, and setting the stage for successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities Prospect and qualify new leads via calls, emails, social media, and events Conduct discovery conversations and schedule meetings for Account Executives Build a strong understanding of Sentacts solutions, value, and differentiators Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach Follow up on inbound leads from campaigns and events Track pipeline activity and report on progress toward goals Stay up to date on healthcare trends and buyer needs
Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 13 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing role (healthcare or SaaS a plus) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities Comfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools Curious, adaptable, and driven to succeed Passion for improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes
