The Opportunity We're growing and looking for entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who want more than a standard clinic role. You'll be embedded within our podiatry practice, collaborating daily with foot & ankle specialists, and treating a wide variety of lower extremity conditions from post-surgical cases to varying biomechanical issues. What You'll Do
• Evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans focused on the lower extremity • Collaborate with podiatrists, medical assistants, and front office teams for seamless care coordination • Track patient outcomes and progress using evidence-based metrics • Educate patients on injury prevention, mobility techniques, and home exercises • Participate in team huddles and contribute ideas for improving operations, workflows, and patient outcomes
Qualifications
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) • Licensed (or eligible) to practice Physical Therapy in North Carolina • Experience with or interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, or podiatric rehabilitation • Strong communication and collaboration skills • A passion for learning, growth, and delivering exceptional care
