This 189-bed facility is looking for a hard working and energized Dietitian to help manage the nutrition needs of their short term, long term, Palliative Care and feeding tube residents while proudly serving their diverse community health-care needs.
Salary: up to $85,000 annually

Dietitian Reporting to the Lead Regsitered Dietitian the successful candidate will:
- Assess the nutritional needs of residents by completing the necessary clinical nutritional assessments
- Providing nutrition counseling and education for residents and family
- Working with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care is provided to all residents
- Be knowledgeable of the Nutrition Care Process
- Possess the ability to creatively problem solve and work independently with minimal supervision
- Efficiently and effectively organize clinical nutrition and patient care responsibilities
- Rotating holidays and weekend work required
- Have excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with a wide variety of individuals and groups (physicians, nursing, ancillary staff, residents and family members)
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills
- Strong time management skills, be a self-starter and a team player
- Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Eligible (with DI Verification Statement)
- Comfortable with enteral nutrition
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations a plus
