The Phoenix Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Dietitian to join their dynamic team. This 189-bed facility is looking for a hard working and energized Dietitian to help manage the nutrition needs of their short term, long term, Palliative Care and feeding tube residents while proudly serving their diverse community health-care needs.
Salary:
up to $85,000 annually
Dietitian
Reporting to the Lead Regsitered Dietitian the successful candidate will: Assess the nutritional needs of residents by completing the necessary clinical nutritional assessments Providing nutrition counseling and education for residents and family Working with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care is provided to all residents Be knowledgeable of the Nutrition Care Process Possess the ability to creatively problem solve and work independently with minimal supervision Efficiently and effectively organize clinical nutrition and patient care responsibilities Rotating holidays and weekend work required

Requirements: Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Eligible (with DI Verification Statement) Comfortable with enteral nutrition Strong oral and written communication skills Familiarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations a plus
