Expected pay amount: 85.00 - 100.00 USD Per Hour Schedule: M-F, 9AM-5PM, 40 hours per week, Hybrid - requires 3 days onsite

HireArt is helping our client find an experienced Sr Technical Recruiter, ML/AI to join its Machine Learning (ML) team.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing top-tier ML engineers and researchers to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

As a Sr Technical Recruiter, ML/AI, you'll:

Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to define recruiting strategies for ML/AI roles, including ML engineers (Perception & Prediction), research scientists, and data scientists. Source, engage, and attract top ML talent through direct sourcing, networking, events, and employer branding efforts. Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, screening, offers, and closing. Build and maintain strong pipelines of highly qualified candidates. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and improve efficiency. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, from first contact to onboarding. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging AI/ML talent pools, and competitive hiring landscapes. Requirements:

7+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 4+ years focused on ML roles. Strong knowledge of ML/AI technologies, research fields, and industry trends. Proven ability to engage passive talent and manage complex hiring processes. Experience working with hiring managers in fast-paced, high-growth environments (e.g., startups or tech companies). Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent acquisition tools. Ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Lever. Experience hiring for AI research teams or specialized ML domains (e.g., NLP, CV, reinforcement learning). Background in high-growth startups.
