Job Summary
As a Territory Sales Manager at AVRS, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the automotive industry with our innovative Electronic Vehicle Registration, F&I, and digital titling solutions. You’ll be at the forefront of driving market expansion, engaging with Independent, Franchise Dealers, and registration businesses within your territory, and contributing to the growth of our industry-leading products. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join a collaborative and winning culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Quota-Carrying Role: Directly sell AVRS products to Independent and Franchise Dealers within your designated territory.
- Market Expansion: Utilize best practices, competitor insights, and industry contacts to increase AVRS market share and revenue.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Embrace a hunter mentality to identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities.
- Collaborative Selling: Work with regional partners to generate leads and expand AVRS’s reach.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent quota achievement.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Prefer a strong network within the automotive dealer market.
- Experience selling SaaS products is a plus
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Base salary $60K - $80K + Commissions
- **On target earnings range $170K - $220K
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
