Job Title

Research Scientist

Salary

200,000 – $250,000 + equity

Location

New York City or San Francisco (on-site)

Responsibilities

Conduct research on video generation and 3D representation learning, with a focus on 3DVAE and video diffusion
Develop novel architectures and algorithms for video generation and agent behavior
Translate research into practical, scalable solutions integrated into our foundation models
Stay ahead of the curve on state-of-the-art techniques and publish results when applicable
Collaborate across teams to align research with product goals and deployment strategy

Requirements

PhD in Computer Science, ML, or a related field (or equivalent research experience)

Deep expertise in VAEs, diffusion models, and generative modeling for video or 3D data

Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

Experience with 3D data processing and representation learning

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong publication record in top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, CVPR, ICLR, etc.) is a plus
