Senior Digital Product Manager
in
Atlanta, Georgia
with
Cooper Lighting
responsible for overseeing various experiences of the digital ecosystem and outcomes that we deliver for our agents and customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage customer and market insights to develop a strategy and roadmap, working with corresponding Product Owner and Scrum Team to execute plans. Define requirements and remove blockers to act as a catalyst for productivity on Agile team. Determine ongoing improvement opportunities to achieve revenue and efficiency targets. Internalize multiple user needs, synthesize feedback into priorities, and juggle several work streams with multiple stakeholders. Build rollout plans and manage deadlines. Build, support, and transform applications and experiences to deliver a best-in-class, seamless customer experience. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
What You’ll Need— Education And Qualifications/Skills And Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master required. Experience must include the following:
New digital product development and launch; Working with: SAP, JIRA, CPQ, and Vistex; Translating product needs to technology; Developing customer-facing products, technologies, and platforms; Participation in technical discussions to help make technical trade-offs; and Collaborating with customer stakeholder groups to drive technical decisions. Must be SAFe 5.0 certified. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.

Salary: $87,672 to $186,160
