Position Overview:

We are experiencing growth and seek a client-focused, results-driven Aesthetic Sales Consultant to enhance our in-clinic experience and help build our sales team. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth clinic and impact our patient experience and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Experience

  • Conduct high-touch pre-treatment consultations with new and existing clients
  • Build rapport to understand client goals and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Educate clients on treatments, packages, and skincare offerings
  • Cross-sell and upsell services and products to maximize outcomes and revenue
  • Maintain professionalism and emotional intelligence when discussing pricing and care plans
  • Follow up post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits

Clinic Operations & Leadership

  • Help establish a scalable client consultation and sales process
  • Collaborate with clinical staff for seamless care delivery
  • Track KPIs such as conversion rates, rebooking, and revenue per consult
  • Support training and mentoring of future team members

Culture & Collaboration

  • Act as an ambassador of the Serenity brand—warm, knowledgeable, and polished
  • Foster a culture of positivity, accountability, and continuous improvement

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years in high-end B2C, consultative sales—ideally in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or luxury retail
  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales goals in a relationship-based environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, natural consultative instincts
  • Polished communicator, comfortable guiding clients through complex decisions
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy—familiar with EMR/CRM systems, Google Workspace, and data tools

Preferred:

  • Experience in medical aesthetics or wellness clinics
  • Familiarity with treatments like Botox, fillers, lasers, body contouring, skincare

  • Average annual earnings $80,000–$110,000, top performers earn more; uncapped commissions
