Job Description:
Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP ISU Billing Consultant. As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates solution options, and makes recommendations. Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, configuring the product as per design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will also conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgets and organizational financial guidelines. Additionally, you will support knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions that help our clients meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Location: Miami, FL. Willingness to travel and/or relocate is required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 11 years of experience in application maintenance and implementation projects, primarily in SAP ISU Billing and Invoicing.
- Experience across Electricity, Gas, and Water Utilities industries in UK, North America, and Europe.
- Experience with CRM–ISU Integration.
- End-to-end implementation and support project experience.
- Client-facing experience.
- Ability to lead a team of junior functional and technical resources.
- Experience setting up Rate Structures, Billing Schemas, and Price Management.
- Experience analyzing billing and invoicing issues.
- Experience with RTP and invoice layout & print.
- Setup of Billing Master Data/Tariff Structures for metered and unmetered installations.
- Integration with Device Management, Finance, and SD modules.
- Knowledge of SAP Industry Solutions: SAP Utilities (SAP ISU) and SAP IS-Utilities Billing and Invoicing.
The role requires prolonged sitting and working at a computer, with communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
