Job Description:

This role is responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for highly complex products. Key responsibilities include conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product pricing, developing strategies, and identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and enhance customer experience. The role also involves ensuring integration of product management efforts with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for product development and deployment, including creating sales training programs and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities.
  • Manage a set of products and oversee financials, including investment profiles and profit and loss activities such as revenue and profit margins.
  • Provide insights on product trends to sales and marketing teams, leveraging knowledge of product functionality, marketplace trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline or enhance product offerings to meet client needs and support growth and operational excellence.
  • Implement and monitor risk controls in partnership with support teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights about markets, clients, and competitors to develop products that solve client needs and drive adoption.
  • Develop and influence product strategies to deliver comprehensive solutions across the bank.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of initiative execution and/or project management experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile processes and Bank of America project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including with executives.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive results.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Adherence to Risk Framework, with the ability to identify and escalate control issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
  • Proven leadership skills in driving initiatives and building consensus.
  • Ability to collaborate across all management levels and cross-functional teams.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Consumer and Small Business Banking Products, Services, and organizational structure.
  • Strong digital knowledge and experience.
  • Experience in process design.
  • Familiarity with Call Center, Financial Center, and Digital channels.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Pay Transparency details:

Range: $113,000 - $165,100 annualized salary. Compensation offers are based on experience, education, and skills. This role is eligible for discretionary incentives and benefits, including paid time off and resources to support your growth and community impact.
