Job Description: This role is responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for highly complex products. Key responsibilities include conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product pricing, developing strategies, and identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a unified customer experience. The role involves ensuring that product management efforts are integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies. Responsibilities: Identify and create comprehensive plans for product development and deployment, including supporting sales training and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities. Oversee a set of products and maintain financials, including managing investment profiles and profit and loss (P&L) activities such as revenue and profit margins. Provide information on product trends to sales and marketing teams, leveraging knowledge of product functionality, marketplace trends, and the competitive landscape. Identify opportunities to streamline or enhance product offerings to meet client needs and support growth and operational excellence. Manage risk by implementing and monitoring effective controls in partnership with support teams. Partner with internal stakeholders to gain insights about markets, clients, and competitors to develop products that meet client needs and ensure high adoption rates. Develop and influence product strategy, driving solutions across the bank. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of initiative execution and/or project management experience. Knowledge of Agile processes and Bank of America project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including with executives. Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive results. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Follow risk frameworks, identify, and escalate areas needing additional controls. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio). Proven leadership skills in driving initiatives and building consensus. Ability to work with all management levels and in cross-functional teams. Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of Consumer and Small Business Banking Products and services. Strong digital knowledge and experience. Process design experience. Experience with Call Center, Financial Center, and/or Digital channels. Bachelor’s Degree. 40 Pay Range:

$113,000 - $165,100 annually, based on experience, education, and skills. Discretionary incentive eligible. Benefits are provided, including paid time off and resources to support employee well-being and community contribution.
