Welder Position

Hours: 5:00am - 1:30pm (Monday - Friday)

Seeking skilled welders with experience in Mig welding for high-volume production work. Candidates must be able to read and interpret blueprints, follow safety protocols, and produce consistent, high-quality welds in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, proficiency with various welding equipment, and the ability to maintain productivity under tight deadlines are needed. This is an associate to hire role in Kansas City, MO.

Welder Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Apply appropriate welding process to materials and repair welds on parts per specifications
• Perform as a team member which requires you to cross-train in other departments
• Perform safety checks and preventative maintenance on welding equipment and completed products
• Weld various metals such as stainless steel and galvanized
• Read and understand tape measures, various gauges, work orders, charts and safety regulations
