Office Services Associate
IST Management is seeking an Office Services Associate for the Chicago team! The Office Services Associate is responsible for providing corporate mailroom, backup reception, and other support services on-site in a professional team environment. Ideal candidates are customer focused, possess prior relevant experience, are tech savvy, and are willing to train as necessary.

Hourly compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for the Office Services Associate role include:
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Mailroom services- scan/sort/delivery of mail and packages throughout site to appropriate personnel
- Reception services- backup reception as necessary- answer and direct multi-line phones and direct calls, answer inquiries from customers
- Assisting our floor associates with moving boxes, furniture, and other office items daily.
- Assisting in our coffee bar with stocking and serving items.
- Ordering supplies, maintain supply inventory
- Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Take direction from supervisor or site manager
- Participate in cross-training; Adhere to all safety procedures; Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Job requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Customer Service/Hospitality/Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- A valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation to and from work; Lifting up to 55 pounds, walking, and standing for extended periods of time
