Job Description Summary
Under the direction of the Personal Lines Team Leader , the Personal Lines Account Manager - CORE Team will be responsible for providing support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing Personal Lines accounts. This position may be located in any of our office locations.

- Provide, with a positive attitude, a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing personal insurance accounts.
- Assist Producers in handling and processing new personal lines business.
- Review renewal requests, endorsements, and other client changes for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare Auto ID Cards, Evidence of Insurance, Policy Summaries, and Binders.
- Obtain renewal information requested by personal lines underwriters.
- Prepare renewal packets and maintain underwriting and marketing materials by carrier.
- Review personal lines policies (new and renewal) for accuracy in rating, forms, and coverages.
- Review all applications (including Accord/Carrier-specific forms) for accuracy.
- Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely invoicing of premium-bearing transactions.
- Respond to phone and written customer requests, including mortgagee/bank requests and billing inquiries.
- Process policy changes and cancellation requests in a timely manner.
- Stay current on personal lines coverage options, carrier offerings, and regulatory updates.
- Provide claims assistance and follow up with clients and carriers as needed.
- Service personal lines accounts to help identify gaps in coverage and reduce E&O exposure.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients, producers, and insurance partners.
- Continue to grow insurance knowledge and expertise in accordance with The Ansay Way.
- Identify opportunities for account rounding by quoting additional personal lines products.
- Re-market existing accounts when appropriate based on market trends and client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred but not required)
- Minimum of two years Personal Lines insurance experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of personal insurance coverages and products (homeowners, auto, umbrella, etc.)
- Licensed per state requirements (or willingness to obtain within a designated timeframe)
- Insurance designation (CISR, CIC, etc.) preferred or willingness to obtain
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills and a team-first mentality
- Proactive, professional, and client-focused approach to service delivery
