Job Description
D&B Fabrication Plus, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience, be proficient in G-code programming, and have strong expertise in tooling, speeds and feeds, machine setup, and interpreting manufacturing drawings.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret engineering drawings and apply geometric tolerancing
- Set up and operate CNC machines with precision
- Optimize tooling and cutting parameters for efficiency and quality
- Edit and write G-code programs as needed
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines
- Utilize Fusion 360 for CAM programming and toolpath creation

- Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Proficient with Fusion 360 CAM software
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
