Furnace Operator
Our client, a leader in the heat treatment industry, is seeking a Furnace Operator to join their team. As a Furnace Operator, you will be part of a dynamic workforce supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong desire to learn, and excellent teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Green Bay, WI
Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, with a $0.50 per hour shift premium
Shift: 3rd shift - 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM
What's the Job?
- Set up and operate heat treatment furnaces and machines
- Perform process inspections to ensure parts are processed to customer specifications
- Engage in preventative maintenance and continuous improvement activities
- Meet production schedules and maintain excellent housekeeping standards
- Operate forklift and hand power tools as needed
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Strong desire to be an excellent team member
- Logical and disciplined approach to equipment operation
- Willingness to learn and grow both personally and professionally
