nResponsibilities
n- n
- PCTs will perform patient care and treatments under supervision of a RN. Provides and documents care including, but not limited to, activities of daily living, mobility, specimen collection and respiratory support activities as directed by the RN. n
- Possess the ability to lift, move, position and transport patients. n
- Demonstrates the ability to meet the department work schedule. n
- Demonstrates initiative to improve quality of care, patient and employee safety, and customer service. n
- Team members under the age of 18 may not independently operate mechanical lift equipment. n
Qualifications
nLicense(s)/Certification(s):

- CNA certification preferred n
- Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain certification within three (3) months from date of hire. n
Other:

- Must be 16 years old or older n
- Level 3 Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. n
