Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tax Admin Assistant at Allred Tax Advisors, PLLC located in Conroe, TX. The Tax Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, preparing and organizing tax documents, maintaining client records, and performing general clerical tasks. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
  • Clerical skills, including document preparation and organization
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus
  • Previous experience in tax preparation or accounting is beneficial

Location: Conroe, TX

Rate: 15/hr-18/hr
