Job Summary

This is a part-time or full-time, on-site role as an Administrative Assistant. The candidiate will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone communications with professionalism, demonstrating strong communication skills, performing executive administrative tasks, and utilizing clerical skills.

Qualifications

  • Provide support as a personal assistant to executives, managing tasks and projects as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
  • Experience as a personal assistant or in office management is a plus.
  • Ability to create Expense or Business Reports for Executive Management
  • Ability to confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Organize office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word & MS Excel primarily)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
  • US Citizenship is required
