Customer Service Representative - Insurance Industry
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time, pay range $21-24 hourly DOE About Us:
We are a trusted and customer-focused insurance agency committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. We're looking for a detail-oriented, licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and help us deliver outstanding support in a fast-paced, professional environment.
The CSR will be responsible for assisting clients with policy inquiries, processing changes, managing documentation, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with designated breaks)
Typing speed of 35+ WPM
Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Adobe
Experience with Excel
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Process policy updates, renewals, and cancellations accurately
Provide exceptional service that strengthens client relationships
