Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to join our team and help us deliver outstanding support in a fast-paced, professional environment. Position Overview: The CSR will be responsible for assisting clients with policy inquiries, processing changes, managing documentation, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Required Qualifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
Experience with AMS (Agency Management System)
Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with designated breaks)
Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently and collaboratively
Typing speed of 35+ WPM
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Adobe
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Excel
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Key Responsibilities: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Process policy updates, renewals, and cancellations accurately
Maintain client records in AMS and other systems
Collaborate with agents and team members to ensure client satisfaction
Provide exceptional service that strengthens client relationships
