Front Desk Receptionist (Temporary)
This highly visible position is more than just a front desk role—it’s the heartbeat of the office. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, instrumental in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment while supporting a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
- Location: Houston, TX 77041
- Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch)
- Pay: $20.00 hourly
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by warmly greeting visitors, answering a multi-line phone system, and directing inquiries with professionalism.
- Monitor and manage parking lot access and issue visitor and temporary employee badges.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
Qualifications/Education
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative or receptionist experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and multi-line phone systems.
