Kelly is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to work with our client, a leader in the biotech industry, on a temporary basis for about 3 months. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a growing company that uses cutting-edge technologies to improve patient outcomes globally!
The Finance Operations Manager is responsible for Global Financial Planning and Controlling of Supply Chain, Service Supply Chain, and Contract Manufacturing operations
Specifically, the Finance Operations Manager will:
Oversee a team of 2 (Finance Manager & Analyst)
Partner with Supply Chain Leadership to integrate Operations Finance’s objectives in support of Global Supply Chain’s imperatives
Supportinventory forecasting, reporting, and controls compliance
Drive Cost improvements (including PPV, VAVE, T&L, and Indirect Savings)
Develop into the Finance Subject Matter Expert for a couple of new organizations/divisions
Oversee and support (or lead) the development of the team to deliver high caliber business support
Participate in the design and creation of the working capital reporting/data model
Be the primary interface with internal/external auditors to ensure compliance of inventory key controls Qualifications: 7+ years of relevant finance management experience
Previous experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or contract manufacturing
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, experience in financial analysis for operations, and solid inventory forecasting/reporting/modeling
Experience developing and managing staff to meet department objectives
Strong business acumen with ability to provide business case scenario modeling and comparatives
High caliber user of Finance tools including SAP, Excel, Power BI, and OneStream (SAP is a must)
