Senior-Level Chief Financial Officer (Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Operations)
– Senior executive level role to lead the finance function and related operations for the organization. Responsibilities
Oversee all financial and supply chain functions in alignment with parent company policies and global accounting standards Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, supporting sound decision-making across the organization Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to drive financial discipline and business growth Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, cash flow, and ROI analysis to guide capital allocation Evaluate and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards Promote strong corporate governance and monitor adherence to internal policies and external regulations Lead procurement and supply chain operations, optimizing inventory levels, lead times, and supplier performance Develop sourcing and supplier strategies aligned with business goals and stakeholder expectations Recommend innovative, cost-effective alternatives for continuous improvement of financial and operational performance Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster alignment and trust Inspire high performance by setting clear expectations, developing talent, and promoting a culture of excellence Advocate the organization’s mission and vision to external partners, building community engagement and support Qualifications
CPA designation required; MBA is an asset 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a CFO or VP role Experience in chemical manufacturing, water treatment, or similar industry strongly preferred Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial compliance in industrial environments Proven ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning Expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and margin analysis Solid background in supply chain finance, procurement, and working capital optimization Skilled in risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance Strong financial modeling and performance analysis skills Effective communicator with experience engaging executive teams and boards Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing finance and operations teams Committed to ethical leadership, safety, and continuous improvement Interviews are happening now!
