Assist with structuring and negotiating fund agreements, including limited partnership agreements (LPAs), investment management agreements, and side letters. Collaborate with clients to provide legal counsel on fund formation, governance, and regulatory matters. Conduct legal research and analysis on fund-related issues and industry developments. Participate in drafting and reviewing fund documents and agreements. Manage client communications and ensure smooth project execution. Requirements 4-7 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on private equity fund formation or related areas. Strong experience working on sponsor-side private equity funds, including fund formation, governance, and regulatory matters.
