Our private Dental clinic is seeking a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our well-established practice. The applicant hired will be taking over for a retiring dentist and should be well versed in individual treatment planning. All applicants must have four (4) years of clinical experience. Highlights of our clinic for the Dentist:
96% Adult based care
PPO and Fee-for-Service only (no Medicaid)
Modern technology - iTero, CBCT, CAD/CAM
Procedures include; Cosmetic, Restorative, Preventative, Implants (restore/placement)
Compensation & Benefits:
Paid on 30% of collections initially
Lab fees covered with preferred labs; partial coverage otherwise
Performance-based bonuses available
CE allowance, health and vision insurance, 401(k)
Schedule of the Dentist:
Monday – Thursday (9:00-7:00)
Friday: (8:00-2:00)
No weekends or On-Call
Ideal Qualifications of the Dentist:
Proficient in general procedures: fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canals
Interest or experience in full-mouth rehab, cosmetic dentistry, implants, oral surgery, Invisalign, All-on-X
Strong case presentation skills and consistent monthly production of $80K–$100K+
