A nationally recognized private school is seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join its on-campus dental team. This is a rare opportunity to provide care in a fully equipped, mission-driven environment dedicated to supporting children from disadvantaged backgrounds. Highlights of the practice for the Dentist:
3 on-campus clinics (Elementary, Middle, and High School)
CBCT, iTero, Dentrix, Digital X-ray, Nitrous
Each Dentist works with 2 hygienists and 1 dental assistant
7–10 Patients per day (ages 4–18)
On call responsibilities (Paid additionally to base | 5 week rotation)
Compensation & Benefits for the Dentist:
Base Salary Starting at $160,000+ (commensurate with experience)
Annual Salary Increases (each August)
Full Benefits Package: Health, Dental, Vision insurance (Applicable for FT employees)
Relocation Assistance Provided
All Clinical Resources Provided
No Lab Fees - resources provided by Clinic.
Schedule of the Dentist:
Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | 36+ hours/week
Part-Time: 2 flexible weekdays/week (Tuesdays and Fridays, but Flexible)
Generous Time Off: 6 weeks off each summer + all major holidays
Expected Start Date: ASAP (within 90 days)
Requirements and Preference of the Dentist:
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
Strong general dentistry skills including fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals
Preferred skills: Implant placement, sedation, CAD/CAM experience
Passion for Pediatric based care
