Job Description:

The Human Resources Generalist plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment by managing various human resources functions, including employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and onboarding. This position requires a versatile HR professional who can handle a broad range of duties, ensuring that HR practices align with the organizations goals and legal requirements.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with exposure to workers compensation and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
