Position Title: Moving and Import Coordinator- Japanese Bilingual required
Location: Atlanta, GA 30354 U.S.A.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (7.5 hours/day, 30-minute lunch break)
Work Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends and company holidays off)

THIS ROLE REQUIRES BOTH JAPANESE AND ENGLISH ABILITY, ONLY JAPANESE BILINGUALS WILL BE CONSIDERED*** Position Summary A Logistics company is seeking a bilingual Moving and Import Coordinator to support international household goods moving and import operations, including warehouse tasks. This position offers an opportunity to grow into broader roles such as export and domestic logistics coordination based on performance and capability. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate international household goods moving operations, including on-site supervision at customer locations

Handle import logistics processes and documentation

Perform hands-on warehouse operations as required

Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and vendors in both English and Japanese

Operate various systems and tools, including email, Excel, internal platforms, and web-based systems

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Provide excellent customer service throughout the relocation and import process

Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, cooperative work environment

Language: Bilingual in Japanese and English (proficient in both written and spoken communication)

Experience:

• Prior experience in logistics, import/export operations, or customer service is highly preferred
• Experience working in a warehouse or handling physical goods is a plus

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC operations
• Comfortable using email and internal business systems

Other Requirements:

• Ability to supervise moving operations at client sites and perform warehouse tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to grow into additional responsibilities (e.g., export and domestic logistics)
• Hourly Rate: $25/hour
• Bonus: Performance-based bonus available starting in the second year
