About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Accounting Manager Consultant. In this role, you will oversee critical accounting processes, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies, and play a key role in month-end close. You will lead process optimization initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, develop innovative process solutions, and contribute to the company's growth.
What You Will Work On
•Oversee month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals and variance analysis.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable processes and controls.
•Lead system and reporting tool enhancements.
•Support SEC reporting and statutory compliance.
•Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
What You Will Bring
•BA/BS in Accounting or Finance (CPA and Big 4 preferred).
•5+ years accounting experience, including month-end close and reconciliations.
•Strong US GAAP knowledge and internal controls expertise.
•Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
•Proven ability to lead deliver results in a high-growth, multinational environment.

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
    • Pay Range: $80-85hr.
