- Work through and resolve payroll tax notices efficiently.
- Log all payroll tax notices accurately for record-keeping.

Responsibilities
- Work through and resolve payroll tax notices efficiently.
- Log all payroll tax notices accurately for record-keeping.
- Handle payroll tax registration processes meticulously.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage and resolve issues related to 941s, 940s, and state income tax.
- 4+ years of tax experience.
- Experience in building/construction industry highly preferred.
- Proficiency in payroll tax, tax notices, and tax return processes.
- Strong skills in account reconciliation and tax accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Experience with Viewpoint and/or SharePoint is nice to have.
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
