Triple Crown Senior Living (TCSL) is a Management Company for multiple assisted living facilities in the region.
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at our Louisville, KY home office. This role is key in analyzing and communicating the financial performance of our senior housing portfolio. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable insights through advanced analytics and critical thinking.

Essential Duties:
- Provide financial performance visibility to senior leadership, including variance analysis.
- Identify trends and key metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop dynamic models for real-time forecasting and analysis.
- Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to uncover performance drivers.
- Support annual and interim budgeting processes and market analysis.
- Collaborate with operations and accounting to develop forecasting tools and templates.
- Maintain regular, on-site attendance as scheduled.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must have prior experience in Senior Living
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience analyzing financial statements and business drivers.
- Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, Power Query, Power Pivot, etc.).
