ALM-Coastal Al Area Command - Food Service
Schedule/Hours: Days/hours may vary; (28 hours per week)
This position is responsible for:
Assists in the preparation and serving of meals. Cleans kitchen equipment and washes dishes. Sweeps and mops floors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists in preparing and serving meals, beverages, and snacks.
- Cleans dining area; washes kitchen equipment and utensils. Empties trash cans.
- Sweeps and mops dining area.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Work is performed in a normal kitchen environment where there may be limited physical discomforts associated with working around hot stoves/ovens or cold freezers.
- Duties are usually performed by frequent walking and/or standing, kneeling, or squatting relieved by lesser periods of sitting.

What We Are Looking For In You:
- No formal education or experience required AND
- One year experience working in a kitchen OR
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
