Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

A well-established leader in manufacturing technology and quality systems is seeking a Senior Accountant for its North Cincinnati headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build accounting expertise while contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support AP, AR, and general ledger functions
• Perform account and bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records in line with GAAP
• Contribute to ERP data entry, validation, and system support
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation
• Collaborate with teams to gather financial data and support operations

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (completed or near completion)
• 2+ years of professional or internship accounting experience
• Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Excel; ERP experience (e.g., Sage X3) is a plus
• Interest in working in a manufacturing environment
