Your work location : 592 West 1350 South, Woods Cross
Your work schedule : Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Your salary scale: $28.00 per hour - $33.00 per hour dependent on education, HR experience, and HR certifications

- Serve as first point of HR contact for employees
- Provide coaching to managers on how to deliver corrective actions, resolve conflict and communicate effectively
- Partner with HR and leadership to ensure that policies are adhered to consistently and fairly.
- Manage full cycle recruiting for healthcare related roles as assigned by facilitating the sourcing of applicants, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, making job offers, etc.
- Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Assist with auditing employee timesheets and updating HRIS systems
- Assist with larger HR projects like driving employee engagement and system upgrades
- Assist with managing workers compensation claims and the return-to-work process.
- Coordinate vendor contracts, Medicaid re-validations and physician credentialing
What you Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources (HR) preferred; but not required.
- (3) to (5) years progressive HR experience - Strong working knowledge of HR functions including recruiting, benefits, compensation, training, employment laws/regulations
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in Human Resources within the healthcare industry strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
- Experience with HRIS preferred (ie iCIMS, Workday, Lawson and UKG Pro)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older; able to pass a background check and drug screen
