Position Overview:
Were looking for a dependable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting using QuickBooks , perform reconciliations , post journal entries , and assist with monthly and year-end closings. This is a key in-office role supporting our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records in QuickBooks
- Handle AP/AR , bank/credit card reconciliations , and journal entries
- Prepare financial reports and assist with closings
- Support tax prep and coordinate with external accountants
- Perform general accounting and office support tasks
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience (real estate experience a plus)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
- Comfortable working fully on-site
