Our client is a small, family-owned real estate company based in the Galleria area, managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. We value reliability, attention to detail, and a collaborative work environment.

Position Overview:

Were looking for a dependable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting using QuickBooks , perform reconciliations , post journal entries , and assist with monthly and year-end closings. This is a key in-office role supporting our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records in QuickBooks
  • Handle AP/AR , bank/credit card reconciliations , and journal entries
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with closings
  • Support tax prep and coordinate with external accountants
  • Perform general accounting and office support tasks

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience (real estate experience a plus)
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
  • Comfortable working fully on-site
