Job Description
This position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following:
- Perform financial forecasting, annual and/or monthly business plan and rolling plan, variance analysis of actual versus forecast and reconciliation of internal accounts
- Perform month-end closing process
- Inventory management to ensure valuation accuracy is reflected in financial statement
- Analysis on Inventory movements and return, grading, and disposal process
- Perform GL account reconciliations and manage open/suspense/aged items
- Support external and internal audit / risk management requirements as needed
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, and any reports assigned as needed
Top 3 Skill Sets:
- Education: Bachelors degree highly preferred and 2+ years in a business finance or logistics environment strong excel skill is a must
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and analytical skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Experience working with inventory management
- Strong analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
- General knowledge of logistics and/or supply chain
- Experience with SAP, WMS, ERP
- Korean speaker (strong preference)
