Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist role is dedicated to boosting company revenue by serving as a resource for properties that are underperforming relative to company standards as well as supporting operational teams in driving revenue for the overall organization. Responsibilities include lead follow-up, property audits, revenue optimization, and driving occupancy improvements. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, a solid grasp of property management principles, and a commitment to operational excellence and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain reporting, following up with properties on the watch list while ensuring follow through

Assist properties with Deposit Accounting

Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements and addendums

Audit lease agreements and tenant documentation

Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies

Foster a positive relationship with properties

Provide regular reports on leasing activity and occupancy rates

Perform additional duties as assigned by manager

Perform all other duties as needed.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in property management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships

Excellent time management skills; detail-oriented and thorough

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Self?starter comfortable working in an environment with evolving roles and responsibilities

Proficient in CRMIQ, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
