Vaco LA is working with a client in the Manufacturing industry who is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to help improve and build HR practices within the company. This opportunity is located in Vernon, CA, and will be fully in the office. The role offers a salary range of $135k-$145k on a direct hire basis.
Key Requirements:
- Over 8 years of True HR Business Partner experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment or working with majority non-exempt employees
- Bachelor's Degree or HR certification (plus)
Responsibilities:
- Build and improve HR practices, policies, and procedures
- Coach managers and foster talent development
- Partner with business leaders to develop HR strategies and solutions
- Facilitate employee engagement, retention, and development
- Manage employee relations issues
