Vaco Los Angeles is working with a client in the Entertainment field who is seeking a qualified HR Business Partner to support one of their business units. We are looking for candidates with 7-14 years of HR Business Partner experience in industries such as Entertainment, Media, Music, or similar. This is a full-time, in-office role located in Century City, with a salary range of $144,000 to $188,000.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the Business Unit with all HR needs.
Provide employee relations and performance management support.
Analyze HR trends and metrics.
Ensure 7-14 years of HR BP experience is met.
Preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree.
Strong experience in employee relations and professional development is required.
Experience in the Entertainment, high fashion, cosmetics, or media industry is highly preferred.
