The start date is Mid-September for this 6-month contract-to-hire position.\nJob Title: Business AnalystLocation-Type: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite in Fort Washington, PA - Wednesday required, 2 other days flexible)Start Date Is: Mid-SeptemberDuration: 6-month contract-to-hire Compensation Range: $50-60/hr on W2 (no c2c) \nJob Description:Seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business and IT teams, capturing requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring seamless delivery of technical solutions within an agile environment.\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities:\n \n Draft detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. \n Partner with QA on testing and quality assurance. \n Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders. \n Map business processes and support SDLC initiatives. \n Manage documentation including meeting notes, decisions, and risks. \n Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business teams to implement solutions.\n\nRequirements:\n \n Must-Haves: \n \n Bachelor's degree in related field. \n 3 years' experience with SDLC, requirements gathering, and process mapping. \n Strong documentation skills with tools like Visio or Lucid. \n Experience creating user stories in agile environments. \n Ability to work in a smaller, agile team (not from large matrixed orgs). \n \n Nice-to-Haves: \n \n PMI-PBA, CBAP, CAPM, CSM, or AAC certifications. \n Experience in building or construction industry. \n \n
