Compensation Range: $50-60/hr on W2 (no c2c)

Job Description:
Seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business and IT teams, capturing requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring seamless delivery of technical solutions within an agile environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Draft detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Partner with QA on testing and quality assurance.

  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.

  • Map business processes and support SDLC initiatives.

  • Manage documentation including meeting notes, decisions, and risks.

  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business teams to implement solutions.

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:

    • Bachelor's degree in related field.

    • 3 years' experience with SDLC, requirements gathering, and process mapping.

    • Strong documentation skills with tools like Visio or Lucid.

    • Experience creating user stories in agile environments.

    • Ability to work in a smaller, agile team (not from large matrixed orgs).

  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • PMI-PBA, CBAP, CAPM, CSM, or AAC certifications.

    • Experience in building or construction industry.
