Overview:

NoBull Energy is rapidly expanding our Renewable Energy (RE) Projects pipeline and looking to add an Electrical General Foreman to support the team. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman to oversee and coordinate the daily construction activities of our solar energy projects. The Electrical General Foreman will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.

Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the electrical work of construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel on site. Ensure that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards. Promote and enforce a culture of safety on site. Conduct regular safety meetings, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure workmanship and materials meet project specifications and industry standards. Conduct inspections and address any quality issues promptly. Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules. Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and take proactive measures to keep projects on track and within budget. Coordinate the delivery, storage, and usage of materials and equipment on site. Ensure that all materials are used efficiently and in accordance with project requirements. Serve as a key point of contact on site for project stakeholders, including project managers, clients, engineers, and regulatory agencies. Communicate project updates, issues, and resolutions effectively and in a timely manner. Mentor and train electrical construction crews and subcontractors on proper construction techniques, safety protocols, and company policies. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily activities, progress reports, and as-built drawings. Ensure compliance with project documentation requirements. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Proven experience (typically 7+ years) as an Electrical General Foreman or similar role in the construction industry, preferably in solar energy projects. Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, techniques, and materials, with a focus on renewable energy construction practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of construction professionals. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications. OSHA 30-Hour Certification and other relevant safety certifications preferred. Benefits:
