Digital Marketing Specialist - MARC DigitalMARC Media Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. This hands-on role is focused on planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, monitoring budgets, and delivering measurable ROI for our clients.The ideal candidate is a proactive marketer with proven experience in campaign strategy, bidding, audience targeting, and creative testing. You'll also configure Google Tag Manager (GTM), set up advanced tracking, and analyze performance data to guide decision-making. Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier and GoHighLevel is highly valued.While knowledge of website technology and graphic design is a plus, this role's primary focus is paid media management, analytics, and performance-driven marketing.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Duties/Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative optimization. Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize performance and meet ROI goals within budget. Configure Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and event-based analytics across platforms including WordPress and Looker Studio. Analyze data in Google Analytics (GA4) and other reporting tools to identify trends, measure results, and inform campaign strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to align ad campaigns with client goals and marketing strategies. Create and manage automations using Zapier and GoHighLevel for lead routing, follow-up, and campaign efficiency. Contribute to strategic planning sessions with data-driven recommendations. Stay current on trends in paid media, Ai, marketing automation, and emerging technologies.Minimum Qualifications 1-5 years of hands-on experience in paid media management (Google Ads, Meta Ads). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proven success in managing campaign budgets and delivering measurable ROI. Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager, including conversion tracking and custom event setups. Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) with a strong ability to use data for campaign optimization. Up to date on trends and platform updates for major social media and advertising systems. Skilled in creating and customizing performance reports using Google Data Studio / Looker Studio. Experienced with automation and CRM tools, including GoHighLevel and Zapier. Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Familiar with programmatic and targeted advertising platforms. Basic understanding of website management (WordPress) and HTML/JavaScript. Bonus: Training or experience in graphic design principles.Other Requirements: Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record as outlined by company's insurance provider. Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screenings. Monday to Friday schedule with periodic weekend if needed.
