Digital Marketing & Web Specialist- MARC Media
MARC Media Group is seeking a Digital Marketing & Web Specialist to join our fast-paced, collaborative digital team. This hands-on role requires a well-rounded marketer with experience in website technology, digital advertising, and analytics tools. The ideal candidate understands how to prioritize multiple deadlines, is proactive, and is committed to delivering clear, effective marketing solutions that drive client results.
This role involves developing and maintaining WordPress websites (using builders like Elementor and Bricks), launching and managing Google Ads and paid Meta campaigns, as well as working with tracking tools and applying basic SEO principles. Youll contribute to campaign strategy, help implement tracking and automations, and support the broader team in executing performance-based digital marketing initiatives.
Were looking for someone who is motivated, proactive, and able to manage projects with care, communicate clearly with internal teams and clients, and approach every task with a desire to learn and improve. You should be comfortable balancing multiple priorities while staying focused on whats most effective for the clients success. An eagerness to grow in a dynamic agency environment and a strong interest in new technologies are also key.

Duties/
Responsibilities Help design and maintain WordPress websites using page builders like Elementor and Bricks Set up and manage paid ad campaigns, including keyword strategy, copywriting, bidding, and optimization on Google, Meta, and other platforms Configure Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and custom event setups across platforms Communicate effectively with the existing digital team, and sales to ensure marketing campaigns align with client goals Assist in creating landing pages, reports, automations, and other digital deliverables Provide client support on timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance Contribute to campaign strategy sessions using data-driven insights and platform expertise Stay current on trends in SEO, paid media, marketing automation, and emerging technologies (LLMs, Ai, etc.) Minimum Qualifications 25 years of experience in digital marketing, web development, or a hybrid role Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience building and editing WordPress sites (Elementor or Bricks preferred) Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns and using Google Analytics Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager and event-based tracking Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Zapier, or AI-based productivity systems is a plus Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines while maintaining quality and clarity Familiarity with Social Media Advertising and Branding Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others in a fast-moving environment Focused on what will move the needle for clientsnot just whats personally preferred Bonus:

experience with programmatic advertising Other Requirements: Possess a valid drivers license, reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record as outlined by companys insurance provider. Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screenings. Monday to Friday schedule with periodic weekend if needed.
