required. 1+ years of Call Center experience
preferred. Experience with
Service Titan
or the home services industry is a plus but not required. Proficiency with computers, including MS Word, email, and CMS software, is a plus. Strong active listening skills, with the ability to confirm or clarify information and offer solutions. Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Excellent time management, organizational, and decision-making skills. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and accountable. Proficiency in problem analysis and solving. Ability to multitask effectively. Strong attendance and reliability. Commitment to building lasting relationships with customers and team members.
