Job Summary: GTT is seeking a Contact Center Implementation Project Manager to drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of client projects. Reporting to the Director of the PMO, this role ensures that initiatives are completed on time, within scope and budget, and in alignment with company goals. This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to the delivery of complex, cross-functional implementations with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycle-from initiation through closure. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, resources, and risk assessments. Ensure alignment on scope, goals, and deliverables across teams and clients. Apply GTT's project management methodologies and process standards. Leverage project management tools to enhance team workflows and outcomes. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and blockers. Lead regular stakeholder and team meetings to maintain transparency and progress. Drive process improvement and continuous optimization of delivery frameworks. Communicate progress, roadblocks, and successes to both internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle. Lead cross-functional meetings to align responsibilities and ensure clarity. Track budgets and timelines to prevent scope creep or cost overruns. Provide timely delivery of milestones and high-quality deliverables. Resolve escalated project issues and facilitate collaborative solutions. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continual improvements. Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field. Experience managing SaaS or technology-driven projects. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency in project management platforms and tools. Proven ability to manage complex implementations end-to-end. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-Have Experience:
PMP certification or equivalent. Experience in contact center or customer service technology environments. Required Skills:
